Friday 12 July 2013 - Annadel State Park, continued: Adam and Jill's son at windswept Bodega Dunes. Lisa and I were on a short trip to Sonoma, visiting our friends and hanging out. |
Adam and Jill's daughter. I don't tend to put names of people's kids because, I don't know, I guess the world has a few weirdos and maybe this is safer. Or maybe it's overprotective and stupid because it would just be first names. But hey, this is my website, so that's what I'll keep doing. There. Aren't you glad I shared this? Oh, yeah, this is by Bodega Dunes. |
Jill at Bodega Dunes. Some of you might be thinking, "Wow, that's a lot of photos of your friends." But you know, photos of people in beautiful places are interesting. |
Later that night, I returned by myself to photograph the beautiful St. Teresa. Perhaps most famous for its appearance in Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds" and a photograph by Ansel Adams, This is St. Teresa of Avila Church. Title: Saint Teresa Milky Way |
George was along to help me out while simultaneously learning Spanish. |
St. Teresa of Avila in Bodega. I came very close to junking this photo. Unbeknownst to me, shortly after beginning shooting the long exposure, the lens began fogging up due to the cold sea air. Ansel Adams and Alfred Hitchcock were smart. They shot during the day. Title: The Birds Star Trails |
